Detailed Description

The type library defines COM classes and interfaces that are available to external applications. The PacketX class abstracts the capture session, can be used to list network adapters and specify capture settings. The PacketXCtrl is an ActiveX control having a little more overhead than the original class. The Factory, PacketSink, PacketCollection and StatisticsCollection classes are helpers that may be needed in some rare cases.
